• One of our managing directors is a certified trainer for property management and a contact person for difficult, complicated issues.
• We have the legally required property damage liability insurance of EUR 500,000 per insured event and EUR 1,000,000 for all insured events in a year.
• We have fidelity insurance (to protect your assets).
• We have fixed office and telephone hours and in future we will improve our availability with service providers in the area of telephony; 24/7 availability can also be booked.
• It is possible to participate in our new online platform, i.e. documents etc. can be accessed via a personal account. In future, it will also be possible to process damage reports via this platform.
• We use professional management software and meet the requirements for legally compliant annual accounts.
• Our aim is to submit the annual accounts by the beginning of the summer vacations at the latest (deviations are possible in the first year due to the takeover of the condominium).
• After taking over management, we check whether there is potential for savings in expenditure (e.g. account management fees, insurance, energy, etc.).
• We have a sufficient network of specialists (construction experts, tradesmen, etc.).
• Management councils or interested apartment owners can receive the newspaper BEIRATaktuell free of charge if they are interested.
